The class represents a method of preparing body and conscience for contemporary dance practice. The method is developed and polished in the process of my dance and teaching practice. The basic knowledge of the body structure gives an opportunity to dwell deeper into the nature of movement and understand the principles of performing it.
The structure of the class includes different approaches:
1) development exercises, based on using imagery can help focusing on inner and outer space and weight, and sharpen sensorial perception;
2) exercises on the floor, directed to relieving excessive tension, prepare breath, articulation and deep muscles of the body;
3) standing exercises help you focus on the work of joints, shifting the centre of gravity, strengthening the basis.
