Jazz-Modern
Apart from the major professional activity, I have always been passionately interested in jazz-modern.
I practiced a lot and took masterclasses from the leading dancers and teachers: Ben Bergman, Selatin Kara, Andreas Lauck, Erwin Theunissen, Anna Braslavskaya and many others.
Jazz-modern absorbs the best from today’s dance styles, that’s why it appears to me incredibly reach and full of content.
The first half of my class comprises an intensive warm-up, training and development of the body. Much attention is paid to technique and improving flexibility.
The whole second half is dedicated to studying the dance material. Now expressivity, emotional release, body-control and ability to express emotions through movement come to the fore.
The class helps developing musicality, flexibility, softness, expressivity and body-control, but the most important thing is positive attitude and a powerful emotional charge.
