Technique
Taking into account the physical capacities of the students, I offer my own approach to contemporary dance based on the Flying-Low and release techniques and improvisation.
In class we will take much time and attention to understanding the weigh of our body, finding oneself in space and getting contact with the floor.
We will work with our skeleton, opening joints, muscles, distributing load and making it minimal and using ways of working with the body to the full.
All technical aspects that we will work at during the lesson will be used for the dance combination in the final part of the class.
